Our typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days from the time we receive your photo. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed in 3-5 business days.
Please provide a high-resolution photo with good lighting where your pet's face is clearly visible. The photo should be in focus, and your pet should be looking towards the camera. Multiple photos are welcome so our artists can capture your pet's personality perfectly.
Absolutely! We can create portraits featuring multiple pets. Each additional pet will incur an extra charge. Please select the appropriate option when placing your order.
